Playpro Global is an international sports agency offering sports tours and camps, showcases, and athletic scholarship management services for athletes seeking to enroll at universities in the United States and Spain.

3. Booking

The initial evaluation is free and without obligation. Any program or service is engaged once the client confirms participation and pays the corresponding amount or deposit. The client represents that all information provided is true and complete.

4. Pricing and payments

All prices and fees are stated and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless expressly stated otherwise. Card payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). The client is responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or currency-conversion charges applied by their card issuer.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

6. Client obligations

The client agrees to meet the academic, athletic, immigration, and documentation requirements for each program. Playpro Global acts as an intermediary and facilitator; it does not guarantee scholarships, visas, or admission to any institution, as those decisions rest with third parties.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, logos, images, and materials) is owned by Playpro Global LLC or used under license and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playpro Global shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the relevant service.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
