Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Initial evaluation

The initial athlete profile evaluation is free and without obligation.

2. Currency

All payments and refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD), to the original payment method.

3. Camps, tours, and showcases

A deposit or the full program amount is paid to reserve a spot. Each event has its own cancellation deadlines and refund conditions, as they depend on factors such as flight bookings, accommodation, venues, and third-party commitments. Therefore:

4. Scholarship management services

Management fees may be billed in stages. Services already rendered (advanced evaluation, video production, coach outreach, application management) are non-refundable. Stages not yet started may be cancelled and refunded.

5. How to request a refund

Send your request to info@playproglobal.com with your name and the program purchased. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

6. No-show

Failure to attend an event without prior notice does not entitle the client to a refund.

7. Force majeure

If Playpro Global cancels an event due to force majeure, we will offer rescheduling or a credit for the amount paid.

8. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us: most cases are resolved directly and faster.
